What we collect

• Your name, email, account type, country and the business details you give during onboarding.
• Payment activity mirrored from Bridge so we can show it to you and support you.
• Support conversations and security events such as sign-ins.

What we do not collect

Identity documents, selfies and full bank account numbers go directly to Bridge and its verification partners. We store only the last four digits of bank accounts.

Who we share with

Bridge, a Stripe company, to provide accounts and payments, and service providers that host our application and send email. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

Write to support@hermodpay.com to access, correct or delete your data, subject to legal record-keeping duties.
