Who provides what

HermodPay provides the software, onboarding and customer support. Accounts, currency conversion, stablecoin custody and payouts are provided by Bridge, a Stripe company, and its partner institutions under their own terms, which you accept during verification. HermodPay never holds customer funds.

Eligibility and verification

• Every customer must pass identity or business verification with Bridge before money can move.
• We cannot serve customers located in prohibited or unsupported jurisdictions.
• You must give accurate information and tell us when it changes.

Fees

Your fee is agreed when your account is approved. The fee for each payment is shown before you confirm it and on every receipt. Network and bank fees charged by third parties may apply and are shown where known.

Your responsibilities

• Send funds only on the network and in the currency shown for each address. Funds sent incorrectly may be lost.
• Keep your password and authenticator app secure.
• Use HermodPay only for lawful purposes and in line with Bridge's acceptable use rules.

Support

We aim to reply to urgent issues within 15 minutes at any time, to normal questions within 1 hour on weekdays and within 4 hours on weekends.
