Before HermodPay, our founder ran service businesses paid by clients abroad. The payments went through an agency that converted them to crypto. Sometimes the crypto arrived the same day. Sometimes it took ten. Messages went unanswered, and there was no way to see where the money was.
The problem was never the technology. Stablecoins already move in minutes, and regulated infrastructure for accounts and conversion already exists. What was missing was a service built around the business owner: accounts in your own name, conversion the moment money arrives, and someone who picks up when it matters.
HermodPay is that service. We work with Bridge, a Stripe company, which provides the regulated accounts, verification, conversion and custody. We focus on everything around it: onboarding, clear fees, live tracking and support from people who know your account.
The name comes from Hermod, the messenger of Norse mythology who rode the fastest horse in the world to deliver what mattered.
