International payroll by wire is slow and expensive
Contractors in many countries wait days for international wires, lose money to intermediary banks and local conversion, and increasingly ask to be paid in stablecoins instead.
- Wires to some countries take several days and arrive short.
- Contractors pay their own conversion and receiving fees.
- Paying in crypto from a personal wallet leaves no clean records.
- Address mistakes are costly and irreversible.
Four steps, then it runs on its own.
- 01
Open a company wallet
Open a USDC or USDT wallet held by Bridge in your company's name.
- 02
Fund it from your bank
Send USD or EUR by bank transfer. It arrives in the wallet as stablecoins.
- 03
Save contractor wallets
Add each contractor's wallet address with a label. New addresses unlock after 24 hours and you get an email for every one.
- 04
Send payments
Review the amount and fee, confirm with your authenticator code, and download the receipt.
Built for finance teams, not traders.
Team permissions
Invite your finance team and decide who can add destinations and who can send money.
Security by default
Two-factor confirmation for every payment and a waiting period for new addresses.
Clean records
Every transfer has a receipt with amount, fee, network and transaction hash, plus CSV export.
Bank payouts too
Where a contractor prefers a bank account, pay out in USD or EUR instead.
You are responsible for classifying and paying your contractors in line with the laws of your country and theirs. HermodPay does not provide payroll, tax or employment services.
Straight answers.
Can I pay many contractors at once?
Each payment is sent individually from your wallet after you confirm it. Saved destinations make repeat payments quick.
Do contractors need a HermodPay account?
No. They only need a wallet address on the network you pay on. They do not sign up or share documents with us.
Which network should I pay on?
Use the network your contractor's wallet supports. USDT on Tron and USDC on Base or Solana typically have low network fees.
Is this payroll?
No. HermodPay moves money and keeps records. Contracts, classification and tax obligations stay with you and your advisers.
